Watermelon has been on sale and I got 4 medium sized and lived off of just watermelon juice for a few days. Today I'm back on greens again and I love them. Yum!!!
I am at a loss for words these days. I am still in love with juice feasting. it's going to be tough for me when it comes to an end. I feel so clean. I've been in a emotionally good place for the past several days. I think it's because of the juicing
and spiritual work combined. I had a couple of days where I didn't want green juice.

Dreams: No memory
Energy level upon waking: High

Juice Schedule
My personal Juice Schedule:
32 ounces of water w/ lemon and MSM*
Time: 9:00am

32 ounces of green juice (celery, cucumber, bok choy, romaine and green apples) w/ Nutiva* organic hemp oil.
Time: 11:00am

32 ounces of Pineapple
Time: 1:30pm

32 ounces of green juice(celery, cucumber, romaine, bok choy and green apples)w Chanca piedra* extract
Time: 4:30pm

32 ounces of green juice(celery, cucumber, romaine, bok choy and green apples)
Time: 7:00pm

Detox Symptoms: That little rash is starting to come back on my neck. I not sure what thats all about.

Eliminations: With enemas only, but I not worried about it.

Food cravings: I am starting to want food. I am actually getting hungry again, but not enough to end the juice feast.

Physical changes: I've gotten very slender.

Emotional changes: Feeling good
Exercise: Walking to regain strength in my legs: 30 min
Belly dancing: None
Muscle toning: 30 min

Challenges: I'm starting to fall below my ideal weight, however, I am aware the I will gain some back when I return to solids.

My starting weight: 143lbs
Todays weight: 123lbs
Total weight loss since juice feasting began: 20lbs

My Goal is to create new emotionally healthy eating habits
My future self has a garden full of organic greens and luscious fruit trees .
