Day 21 and 22

Day: 22

I had a busy day today. I had to keep reminding myself to drink my juice. In the past, before I went raw, I would work like a made woman and not stop to eat because I thought it would slow me down. I have to watch those old patterns. I found myself slipping back there today. I did, however, stick to my schedule.



My sleeping patterns
Last nights sleep: Very good sleep
Night sweats: None
Chills: None
Dreams: No memory
Energy level upon waking: High
Mood level upon waking: Very Good


Juice Schedule
My personal Juice Schedule:
32 ounces of water w/ lemon and MSM*
Time: 9:00am

32 ounces of green juice (celery, cucumber, spinach, dandelion greens, green apples and beet tops) w/ Nutiva* organic hemp oil.
Time: 11:00am

32 ounces of carrot and ginger
Time: 1:30pm

32 ounces of green juice(celery, cucumber, spinach, dandelion greens, green apple and beet tops)
Time: 4:30pm

32 ounces of green juice(celery,cucumber,spinach dandelion greens, green apple and beet tops)
Time: 7:00pm

Detox Symptoms: None today
Eliminations: No intestinal elimination.(No enema today)
Food cravings: None

Physical changes: I think I'm suffering from seasonal allergies. I took some homeopathic allergy relief remedy.
Emotional changes: Feeling great
Exercise: Walking to regain strength in my legs: 30 min
Belly dancing: None
Muscle toning: None

Challenges: Remembering to get all my juice in.
My starting weight: 143lbs
Todays weight: 137lbs. (released another pound today)

Total weight loss since juice feasting began: 6lbs

My Goal is to still watch my grocery budget more carefully.
My future self enjoys life as it comes.




Day: 21

I went to a sweat lodge ceremony this evening. It was my first one. What an awesome experience. It has made an incredible impact on my juice feasting journey. I was so honored to be there with such beautiful people.
