Before and After

I felt it was time to break out the dreaded before picture. This one is really hard for me because I was feeling so horrible about myself at the time this picture was taken. It brings back all those memories.
This photo was taken 13 months ago (December 27, 2006) before going raw.


Here I am today. I have been 100% vegan and raw for 13 months and feeling wonderful.
