I feel much better today. My intestines are resting now, after their 2 day exercise.

Juice Schedule
My personal Juice Schedule:
32 ounces of water w/ lemon and MSM*
Time: 9:00am
32 ounces of green juice (celery, cucumber, swiss chard, collard greens, parsley and green apples ) w/ Nutiva* organic hemp oil.
Time: 11:00am
32 ounces of carrot, apple, beet and ginger
Time: 1:30pm
32 ounces of green juice(celery, cucumber, swiss chard, collard greens, parsley and green apples)
Time: 4:30pm
32 ounces of green juice(celery, cucumber, swiss chard, collard greens, parsley and green apples )
Time: 7:00pm
Detox Symptoms: My face is starting to clear up again. It's funny I never mention that my teeth are constantly fuzzy and my tongue is less coated then it has been. I have to remember to post this. I find dry brushing my teeth helps clean away the fuzzy feeling.
Eliminations: The loose stools have stopped.
Food cravings: None
Physical changes: I'm achieving a more defined body shape. It's nice

Emotional changes: I'm in a much better mood than yesterday.
Exercise: Walking to regain strength in my legs: 30 min

Muscle toning: None
Challenges: I'm still having a tough time with my green juices(post elimination experience). I love my greens and I want them back. I'm not mad at them. Really I'm not.
My starting weight: 143lbs
Todays weight: 135lbs (released another pound today)
Total weight loss since juice feasting began: 8lbs
My Goal is to fall in love with my green juices all over again
My future self excepts my healing.
