Day 29 and 30
I have been sneezy for a couple of days. I sneezed so much, I threw my back out. I added an extra 1/2 tsp of MSM to my lemon water to help get me through the worst of it. I'm using my hot water bottle to keep it warmed up so I could move around and make my juice. I didn't take any remedies. I want my juice to be the medicine.
My sleeping patterns
Last nights sleep: Rough due to back spasm.
Night sweats: None
Chills: yes
Dreams: No memory
Energy level upon waking: low
Mood level upon waking: fair
Juice Schedule
My personal Juice Schedule:
32 ounces of water w/ lemon and MSM*
Time: 9:00am
32 ounces of green juice (celery, cucumber, swiss chard, collard greens, parsley and green apples ) w/ Nutiva* organic hemp oil.
Time: 11:00am
32 ounces of grapefruit juice
Time: 1:30pm
32 ounces of green juice(celery, cucumber, swiss chard, collard greens, parsley, green apples, basil and garlic)
Time: 4:30pm
32 ounces of green juice(celery, cucumber, swiss chard, collard greens, parsley, green apples, basil and garlic)
Time: 7:00pm
Detox Symptoms: The seasonal allergies are back. The garlic and bee pollen should help get me back in balance.
Eliminations: No enema yesterday or today. When I don't do an enema, I usually don't have any intestinal eliminations.
Food cravings: None
Physical changes: My skin is so smooth and my eyes are bright, even with the allergy symptoms
Emotional changes: I've been a little irritable because of the pain in my back.
Exercise: Walking to regain strength in my legs: None
Belly dancing: None
Muscle toning: None
Challenges: Moving around with ease. I've been struggling to get all my juice consumed.
My starting weight: 143lbs
Todays weight: 135lbs
Total weight loss since juice feasting began: 8lbs
My Goal is to take it easy and heal my back.
My future self knows how to handle a crisis.
