JF 2009 Day 8 and 9

Hi Everyone,
Life is still stressful right now. I found myself craving solid food today, yet I maintained my determination to juice feast. Spiritually, Juice feasting provides me with a sense of peace and tranquility. I feel that eating now will cause me more stress.

Saturday Day 8
I didn't consume much juice today. I'm still dealing with a family crisis and it has thrown my schedule off a bit. I was still able to make a gallon of juice, however, I was only able to drink 2 quarts of my green juice and a cup of tea.

Today (Sunday) Day 9
I don't normally make a habit of drinking my juices that are older than 12 hours, but things have not been normal for me for the past few days. Today I am drank the green juice I made yesterday and a quart of master cleanse. I chose to have the master cleanse as my fruit juice. It was quick and easy for me, since my time schedule has been so unstable. Tomorrow I will be taking my sick car in to get repaired and hopefully, soon, my life can get back in balance.

Current Weight: 123lbs (4lbs total)
Goal weight: 125lbs



7:30 am I had 1 quart of water with lemon juice and MSM.

8:30 am
No enemas.

9:30 am
I prepared my juice. It takes about an hour or so from start to clean up.

10:30 am I had 1 quart Green Juice made with:
Celery, organic fuji apples, cucumber, bok choy, organic romaine lettuce, lemon and ginger.

3:00 pm I had 1 quart of Fruit Juice made with:
The Master Cleanse

5:30 pm I had 1 quart Green juice made with:
Celery, organic fuji apples, cucumber, bok choy, organic romaine lettuce, lemon and ginger.

9:30 pm I had 1 quart Green Juice made with:
Celery, organic fuji apples, cucumber, bok choy, organic romaine lettuce, lemon and ginger..

Cleansing Reactions
1. Still urinating frequently. I get up at least once during the night.
2. My tongue is still very coated.
3. Chills...burrr...I've been wearing layers of clothes and wrapping up in blankets.
4. I still have fuzzy teeth.



Exercise:
Stretches, leg lifts and sit-ups, and a 30 minute walk.
